" Le Biscuit de Montreal " the company which I based in June, 2004.

Let us begin with the inspiration! Why such a name for a cookie?

So, it is simple: I wanted to create a unique cookie, not only by the flavours but also by the texture and which is representative of the cosmopolitan face of Montreal, Quebec and more widely Canada.

It was for me the best of the manners to honour my welcoming province having left my native Provence at the age of 19, to come to discover this big and beautiful city that is Montreal.

By respect for these citizens, my cookies are made by craftsmen with ingredients of very high qualities, and are packed then manually with the biggest care.
